As far a I know, there is not a special key-sequence to power up the TI-65. Have you checked the obvious: battery polarity, battery status, loose wires, ...
For manuals, please check Google.

I have a TI-65. Hadnt been used for a coulple yrs, no power, so I changed Batteries. Is there a 'reset' sequence of key notes required to power up? Also, would there be any way to obtain a user manual for the TI-65 (Technical Analyst)?
